• Updates from District 8 Meeting held in Rogue River on October 12^th

5.  Discussion

• Player Agents/Safety Officer – Looking for someone to fill this role.
• Coaches- Preparing Volunteer Form on Website to open in November
• Field Maintenance: Field condition, maintenance schedule, plan moving into Spring
• Grants
• Applied for Ford Family Foundation Community Block Grant to rehab Riley Creek Fields before Spring 2026
• Fundraising/Sponsorship:
• Preparing to launch Sponsor Drive in November
• Committed: Spectrum, Zuber Logging, C&M Equipment

6. New Business

• Uniforms – Preparing to order early this year.
• Registration Dates – Discussion of open/close dates for 2026 season.

7. Old Business

• All Board members need to complete their 2026 background check.
